The gallery NCA, Rawalpindi housed in Liaquat Memorial Hall, was inaugurated in 2008 with an exhibition of new works by Hamra Abbas, a Pakistani artist of great importance and success. This gallery was built on campus at NCA Rawalpindi with the intention to further the educational requirements of the students by exposing them to the art practice of many artists and architects. It has not only shown the works of the NCA Rawalpindi faculty but has also showcased the degree shows for the past three years. It was also the venue for interdisciplinary activity like the open studio from the Tales of the City Project that focused on Rawalpindi city and involved the Fine Arts and theatre departments at NCA Rawalpindi in 2009.
Recently it housed an exhibition of the text and images from NCA Archives and Publications.
The gallery NCA is an important part of the NCA Rawalpindi Campus and will continue to showcase artwork and endeavors of worth within the artistic and creative context
