• The NCA Hostel came alive with colour, kites, music, and laughter as students and faculty celebrated the spirit of Basant together. A day filled with tradition, creativity, and joy, true to the soul of NCA.
  
  Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, joined the celebrations alongside faculty members, administrative staff, and students, adding warmth and unity to the occasion. From kite flying to traditional arrangements and lively interactions, the event created a cheerful and inclusive atmosphere. The Basant celebrations served as a reminder of the importance of cultural heritage, community bonding, and shared joy, making it a memorable day for everyone present at NCA.
