NCA Signs MOU with NITB For E-Office Implementation

• National College of Arts is on E-office. This is another step towards the fulfillment of Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri vision of a digitized NCA where all managerial and administrative correspondence will now be through E-Office. NCA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Information Technology Board (NITB) for the E-Office suite implementation at NCA Lahore and NCA Rawalpindi. In phase 1, NCA Lahore administrative staff is trained on e-office to be followed by NCA RWP administration staff training. In the second phase departmental Heads and administrative staff will be trained on e-office implementation.
  
  The objective is to bring efficiency, transparency, effectiveness and accountability in the disposal of its day today official work and decision making to facilitate our Controlling Authority, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Higher Education Commission, Students and Faculty.
  
  NCA is grateful to NITB and the Ministry of IT for the capacity building of its officers and for signing MOU to provide continuous support till NCA is fully functional on E-Office Suite.
