Chairman HEC Visits NCA

• Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan welcomed at NCA by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, today. The visit included campus tour and walk through the ongoing exhibition 'the Jacquard Journey' at the Zahoor ul Akhlaq Gallery, where he appreciated the innovative exploration of textile design and craftsmanship. He was also shown the under-development New Graduate Block and the NCA Archives, reflecting both the institution’s future vision and its rich historical legacy.
  
  During his visit, Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar commended NCA’s pivotal role in shaping Pakistan’s creative landscape and appreciated its continued commitment to excellence in art and design education. He particularly noted the importance of preserving cultural heritage while fostering innovation within academic institutions.
