H.E Mr. Robert Jan Siegert, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, visited the National College of Arts on the occasion of the NCA Thesis/Degree Show 2025. Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, Vice Chancellor NCA, along with the faculty and administrative leadership, warmly received the distinguished guest at this prestigious annual exhibition showcasing the creative work of graduating students.

During the visit, an introductory documentary on NCA was presented, highlighting the institution’s rich academic legacy, artistic heritage, and contemporary creative achievements. The Ambassador was also briefed on NCA’s recently organised first Triennale, a landmark international event that brought artists from over 30 countries to Pakistan, with exhibitions hosted at NCA. Expressing his appreciation for the progressive artworks and the forward looking institutional vision of NCA, the Ambassador commended the quality and diversity of creative expression on display. He also showed keen interest in exploring the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NCA to promote artist and student exchange programmes, including joint residencies and collaborative initiatives between the two countries.
