MoU Signing Between NCA and Sapphire Retail Ltd

• A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between National College of Arts’ Department of Textile Design, Department of Fashion Design; and Sapphire Retail Ltd, to strengthen industry academia collaboration and create meaningful opportunities for student learning, professional development, and industry engagement. The MoU was signed by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Murtaza Jafri; and Ms Kulsum Nabeel, Creative Director, Sapphire Retail. Dr Umber Zahid, who is heading both Textile and Fashion Design Departments was also present at the occasion.
  
  The visit concluded with the Sapphire Design Residency Programme’s interviews, reinforcing the commitment to partner and nurture emerging design talent.
