The NCA Gilgit campus witnessed a significant milestone with the inauguration ceremony of the exhibition of students' artworks and the unveiling of state-of-the-art facilities including an IT lab and Library on June 28th, 2024. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Chief Secretary GB, Abrar Ahmed Mirza; Secretary IT; Secretary Tourism and Communication; DS to CS; DC Nagar; AC Gilgit; and other notable personalities.

Vice Chancellor NCA, Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, briefed Chief Secretary about the vision and mission of NCA in the region. The students of Gilgit campus showcased their talent through performances on traditional instruments, beautifully depicting the rich culture and traditions of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Mr. Abrar Ahmed Mirza, Chief Secretary GB; commended the efforts of NCA in Gilgit-Baltistan for their commitment to providing quality education in the fields of art and design. He acknowledged the importance of such institutions in nurturing local talent and preserving cultural heritage.
